Obviously I don't believe it. The connections people get from online social media, I assume, are not real-life relationships. As we all know, social networking goes hand in hand with chatting or engaging in computer screen activities. I understand that there is a possibility of getting real friends from virtual friends; however, there is also the possibility that we will get too involved in social media and distance ourselves from our own community.
