Eugenics are very different from genetic engineering in the way they improve the human body. Eugenics uses forms of breeding and the limited amount of injections to change the human profile, which has little to no side effects. Genetic engineering takes a different path, using forms of infection, controlled tests or exposure to a wide variety of experimental drugs that have the possibility of having an extremely unexpected result that no one wanted. Eugenics is the safest bet, but it's not completely one hundred percent. Both of these fields offer great human innovation to the population, but one has the advantage over each other of being eugenic because it is the surest way to change the human way of life.
