2. 3 Service Innovation Risks When applying opportunities for high-potential innovations, risk priority will be used in measuring the context of innovations. There are two efficient evaluations which are feasibility and impact. Feasibility is to define the probability of realizing innovation and impact is to express the expected innovation strength (Geum, et al., 2011). Murray and Schlacter (1990) pointed out that product innovations are different from service innovations in significant approaches, due to less verifiable and tangible service products, greater change in performance, and anticipated risks related to the product innovation process. service. Fang, et al. (2010) innovation refers to business risks. Business risk that shows variety in stock prices consists of two parts: idiosyncratic risk and systematic risk. Gaspar and Massa (2006) suggested that idiosyncratic risk can be considered as the residual risk related to the company's benefits after illustrating the systematic risk and is also significant for debt holders, customers, employees, suppliers. The risks of service innovation bring many challenges to the service industry, as well as new opportunities. With the rapid development of service innovation, the company must always notice these risks and make them a priority. Innovative services can stand many chances to beat the competition.2. 4 Service Productivity Service productivity can be thought of as the number of employees divided by dollar sales (Rust and Huang, 2012). Lovelock and Wirtz (2011) stated that increasing service productivity can be achieved by reducing the resources needed to establish an effective level of input. The service productivity has many elements that are in the middle of paper and collected in Singapore and the range of people will be performed through 150 students of PSB Academy and other different workers. The time required to deliver the questionnaire to the respondents until the results are collected can be implemented within a week. If they fail to respond in time, reminders are needed to inform them quickly. This report will be used as a questionnaire because the previous study uses it. Choosing the type of sampling possible for this reason can generalize the results of the questionnaire and also reduce sampling error. In probability types, a simple random sample will be chosen to use in this questionnaire because it can effectively define the population and choose randomly within the population. Furthermore, regarding the analysis methods, the questionnaire will apply statistics to analyze the results. The table will be used to analyze specific data in the chapter 4.
