During my internship the client decided to test the munch boxes, both in plain and salt and pepper versions. I promoted it through social media, during my direct marketing, and designed posters to place in the shop window and waiting room. The snack box launched on a Wednesday night and sold more than 100 in its first week. Following this success and customer feedback, the client has added a full range of salt and pepper dishes to their menu and, from my understanding, all continue to sell very well. Menu
