The intent of virtual reality is to help the user relate to, evaluate, and manipulate the environment, which is computer generated (Weiss and Jessel, 1998). The practice and use of computer skills is rapidly increasing in nursing schools and the healthcare industry. An evolving technological tactic for nursing education is the application of virtual reality simulation. This computer-built three-dimensional information tool mimics real-life patients in a safe environment, allowing for recurring testing sessions, provides clinical evaluation and helps students discover different situations among patients, as well as offering immediate response. This is also an effort to keep costs down and keep education more “realistic.” Students practicing various strategies using virtual reality simulation describe a wide range of learning experiences. According to Carol Kilmon, Leonard Brown, Sumit Gosh, and Arthur Mikitiuk, students are the desired champions. The application of computers to train nursing students is at a crossroads as the clinical presentation and skills of nursing students continue to pose a challenge to nursing educators. To begin with, nursing educators are overwhelmed with combining nursing theory and evidence-based clinical practice for students. Applying evidence-based practices can help nurses narrow the large gap between nursing practice and theory (Kilmon et al., 2010). Additionally, most of today's healthcare has actually changed due to the growing number of people with acute conditions, technological advances, shortened length of stay of patients in hospitals, and abundant regulations. The method applied was simulation-based training on bases characterized by complexity, as well as at the center of the document……rtifying the appropriate method (Weiss and Jessel, 1998). The study therefore increases the attitude of nursing teachers to deal with the complexity of teaching in the current healthcare context.
