Organizational Structure of RAMBORAMBO Pvt. Ltd. is set up as a matrix organizational structure, which has multiple lines of leaders and subordinates reporting to at least a few managers. Typically, our employees report to team managers who then forward the progress report to the department manager. Having a wide range of shoes (women's, men's, children's and sporting goods), each of them has its own department and has separate department superiors who work independently of the top directors. It is mandatory that team managers and subordinates make most of the decisions based on certain specifications and production, while department managers mainly focus on policy-related issues.
