How can yoga and meditation help us shape our future lives? Most of us seek fulfillment in our lives. We live in a world that conditions us to believe that external parties can give us what we want. Our experiences show us again and again that nothing external can completely satisfy man's internal need for "something more". Most of the time, however, we find ourselves dreaming about something that always seems to be beyond our reach. We are involved in doing rather than in action and awareness. It is difficult for us to imagine a circumstance of complete calm and rest in which thoughts and feelings cease to dance in eternal motion. Yet it is precisely in these circumstances of tranquility that it is impossible to reach the level of joy and understanding that we can experience. Yoga is a simple process of reversing the normal outward flow of energy and consciousness, but requires meditation to practice. In this article, the concept of yoga and meditation, the purpose of yoga and meditation and the benefits of yoga and meditation will be written.
