INTRODUCTION I am absolutely not a psychologist, I do not have a degree in the field of psychology nor do I wish to have one, I am just an ordinary person who observes and analyzes the things he sees. As I write this I am 18 years old. To some people this may imply that I have no credibility in writing these things because I don't have the wisdom of age. Well, to those people I say they should listen to me on these perceptions and keep reading, because you can't judge someone else if you haven't heard their side of the story. By writing this I hope to achieve one thing and one thing only: that someone, somewhere, remembers my way of seeing things. In no way do I wish to offend anyone. This is just how I see the world we live in. I believe that age has no effect on the way you perceive things. If anything you become less believable as you get older. For example, young children have a tendency to tell the truth completely, until they figure out how to lie. In my observations I have noticed that parents believe the younger sibling more than the older sibling. This could be because the parents prefer this child more than the older one or it could be that the younger child has more credibility because the older one is known to tell lies from time to time. If you have seen or observed children, you know that this, in most cases, is true. One thing in life that I have never understood is the paid role. It doesn't make any sense. It seems to me that the more work you do the less you get paid and the less work you do the more you get paid. My father, for example, started working as a garbage disposal man. By that I mean he was the guy hanging on the back of the garbage truck. He worked long days and the physical exertion was simply exhausting. Could you imagine doing this job in the bitter cold of winter or the humid heat of summer all day? The pay wasn't very good. It is currently still in the same business, but I would say much higher up than before.
