My employer will conduct quarterly performance reviews to evaluate my workplace performance, productivity and effectiveness to determine my position within the company. Reviews generate metric numbers that typically measure things like customer satisfaction, organizational performance, employee competency, and cost management. Having a good performance appraisal will help demonstrate the value I bring to the company as an employee. This is measurable by a promotion or pay increase. I can increase the time it takes by being more proactive and asking my clients upfront how they believe I will run their business. Realistically, my review depends entirely on my job performance, so I need to maintain good reviews for the periods my employer will review them
