My Writing Over the past four years, I have written many articles for various classes, enjoying some and having to choke out words to write others. In this memo I will describe my writing projects and how they have made me a better writer, and how they will continue to help me become a more prosperous writer. What I really learned in English 100Well as a recent Great McFadden alum, I want to do everything I can to be on his side, because he said if I go one mile to meet him, he'll go two miles to meet me, which seems more how right. As an assignment I am told that I have to write what I learned in English 100 and how it prepared me for English 200. Well, since honesty is the best way of life, in my opinion, then I will be honest about what I learned in English 100. I didn't learn much in English 100, my teacher didn't teach very well and because of that we were all on MSN all the time while he read a book. Like most English classes, we turned in our drafts and they came back with things we needed to fix to receive a better grade. I also learned how to write a twelve page research paper and many hours of dedicated hard work. Learning is an ongoing process and one that you can never truly stop learning from. I must say that I have a desire to learn. I usually learn quickly and remember what I was taught. I think it is very important in today's society for a person to learn everything they can about how things work and how things are done for their own self-interest. Having said that, I would also like to say that I like to learn what interests me, learning comes more naturally...... halfway through the paper...... an opinion on my paper would be of great help in improving my article. I like to write about what interests me. I'm the kind of writer who loves to write, but really only likes to write about things that interest me. I could write you a great story and my thoughts on running because that's what I do, and it could be really cool. Again you might ask me to write something about, say, global alarm and it might be an article so bad that no one would want to read. I've never written anything outside of my English classes before because I'm not interested in writing for myself. I don't think I write badly, but I know I'm not a great writer. I love writing journals and funny stories. I just hope that taking these English courses will help me improve my writing skills and become more aware of the time I'm writing.
